| Scot E. Swenberg - Managing Director
Mr. Swenberg joined CID Capital in 1997 and has more than 15 years experience working with growing companies and private equity investments. Mr. Swenberg focuses his activities on industrial and consumer products companies.
Mr. Swenberg is a director of Chef'n Corporation, an innovative housewares products manufacturer, and GT Exhaust, a manufacturer of stationary diesel engine silencers. Mr. Swenberg also manages CID's investments in Top Master Corporation and Exacq Technologies and previously served on the board of Santa Cruz Nutritionals and Evriholder Products.
Mr. Swenberg recently served on the board of directors of the Venture Club of Indiana, an Indianapolis-based organization offering opportunities for networking, education, and information sharing among entrepreneurs and business owners. In addition, he was selected to be a member of the Indianapolis Chamber's Stanley K. Lacey Executive Leadership Series Class (SKL) of XXVII. SKL is a select group of community leaders with a demonstrated interest in and commitment to the welfare and growth of the community.
Mr. Swenberg received an MBA from the University of Chicago, a master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Prior to attending business school, Mr. Swenberg worked as a software engineer for Honeywell-Bull and later, as a financial analyst, for Bull Worldwide Information Systems in Phoenix, Arizona, after the completion of their acquisition of Honeywell’s large systems computer group.
