Stage of Development
CID Capital invests in promising companies across all stages of development, with a focus on growth and expansion stage companies. The ideal company would be at or near profitability, operationally, and have an established client base that would validate the company's product or service.

Investment Structure
Equity investments are usually structured as preferred stock. CID Capital typically leads or co-leads deals, but is also willing to participate in a non-lead role. CID Capital's total investment amount may range from $1 to $3 million, usually over a number of financing rounds. Earlier stage investments may be as low as $500,000.
